A mailing list with more discussion, planning, and organizing can be found at the 1943-2058 Lincoln Avenue Google Group and many resources that support this activity can be found on the 1943-2058 Lincoln Avenue Wiki. The mission of the council is to foster citizen participation in government and community decisions in order to protect and enhance those characteristics which make our neighborhood a desirable place to live, work, and play. Our neighborhood is called “Grid 3” by the council and is bounded by Summit, Fairview, Goodrich, and Cleveland. The MGCC is sometimes referred to as “District Council 14” by the city.

The West Summit Neighborhood Advisory Committee was established in 2004 to collaborate on issues of interest to the University of St. Thomas and the Saint Paul residential neighborhoods that surround it.

Contacts

Neighborhood organizers:

Eric Celeste, 651-323-2009, manages this website

Steve Gorg, 651-334-7624, manages the organizing list and wiki

City Council: our neighborhood is in Ward 4 and represented by Russ Stark (651-266-8640) on the Saint Paul City Council.
