The strategic and operational plans will be discussed. Today&#8217;s meetings will be at Harambee. The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.emid6067.net\/packets\/EMID%20Board%20work%20session%208-22-12.pdf\">work session<\/a> will be from 5:00-6:30pm and include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review and refinement of Strategic Roadmap<\/li>\n<li>Discussion of Operational Plan \u2013 Stages of Development<\/li>\n<li>Director of Equity and Educational Services Vacancy<\/li>\n<li>Organizational Plan for Coordination of Member Services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.emid6067.net\/packets\/EMID%20Board%20Packet%208-22-12.pdf\">regular board meeting<\/a> will start at 6:30pm and include a discussion of the work of Dennis Cheesebrow who has been serving as a consultant to the board on their efforts to &#8220;refine the work of EMID.&#8221; They will be considering whether to authorize an expansion of his work.
