Fernando reminds us, as did <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cluetrain.com\/\">The Cluetrain Manifesto<\/a>, that markets are conversations &#8212; so we need to build conversations. That&#8217;s precisely what I hope the <a href=\"http:\/\/wiki.religioused.org\/\">OSRR project<\/a> will do!
