The EMID Families website first came about in 2008 when a group of parents formed to encourage one of our member districts to stay in the EMID collaborative. We found it very helpful to have a vehicle to communicate with one another directly. Since then some students and staff members from Harambee and Crosswinds have also joined us. This is an open website, anyone can use it. This also means that all kinds of people read what gets posted here: parents, students, teachers, and administrators.
