The Crosswinds-Perpich bill was introduced in the Minnesota House as HF592 on Thursday, 14 February 2013, and in the Minnesota Senate as SF530 on Monday, 18 February 2013.

HF592 has been referred to the House Education Finance Committee where it will have a hearing on Tuesday 3/12 at 8:15am. Please join us there!

SF530 has been referred to the Senate Education Committee. We are particularly concerned that it may not get a hearing in the Senate Education Committee since the chair has been reluctant to schedule one. Please call Sen. Patricia Torres Ray, Chair of the Senate Education Committee, 651-296-4274, and ask her to schedule a hearing of SF530. Don’t let our bill die in the Senate!
